Limitation of Liability
Cotswold Country Boots will not accept any claims for consequential costs. Liability in connection with goods and services supplied will be limited to the replacement or repair of the goods supplied and will not exceed the invoiced value.
Postage and Packaging
Boots. Postage and packaging within the UK is £8 (£6.96 plus VAT) up to 15KG. (One pair of boots weighs approx. 2kg). Please contact us for costs outside the UK. Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours. Please allow 3 to 4 days for delivery.
Accessories. (Belts, Socks and Boot Cuffs etc.) Postage and packaging within the UK is £2.50 (£2.17 plus VAT) up to 2KG. Please contact us for costs outside the UK. Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours. Please allow 3 to 4 days for delivery.
Privacy Policy
Cotswold Country Boots does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties.
Refunds
We offer a no quibble money back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased from us. We will either send you another item or refund the full amount of the boots, subject to the original item being returned to us in a satisfactory condition within14 days.Any returned goods must be in the same condition as when received. When trying on boots please ensure that they do not become dirty or marked.
Please note we are not responsible for return postage. Also, we cannot be held responsible for returns that fail to reach us, so please obtain a Certificate of Postage. The best way to send them is Standard Parcel with £100 compensation from the Post Office.
